Lube Technician/Shop Mechanic

Join our team as a Lube Technician/Shop Mechanic, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping vehicles, truck fleet, and heavy equipment running smoothly and safely. DUTIES

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle and equipment inspections efficiently and accurately. (DOT annual inspection training is a plus)
• Conduct alignments, brake repairs, and tire service to ensure optimal vehicle and equipment performance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues and execute repairs.
• Assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, lubrication, filter replacements, and light repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with shop and field about vehicle and equipment needs.
• Support the shop team with general maintenance tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous heavy equipment & vehicle repair shop experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanic experience with automotive equipment diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience performing oil changes, alignments, tire services, and basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Service technician background with a focus on service excellence.
